I'm not sure if you're making a comment about my grammar or my statement. I certainly do not regret my young family or current job, if that's what you mean.
Oh, I thought it would be obvious, sorry. I was just totally weirded out that someone could say something like "Unfortunately, I have a family and a job, so I can't do more on my Substack." Priorities!
I meant it more like this: Because I (fortunately) have a family and a job, I (unfortunately) can’t do everything I’m doing (and the more I’d eventually like to do) for free. Of course my family is not a source of regret regarding my ability to be online.
As I'm currently reading the early work of Karol Wojtyla and Joseph Ratzinger and Von Balthasar and Von Hildebrand I'm glad to support your work and that of several others here on Substack because I believe I'm supporting the next generation of great theologians and philosophers advancing the truths of faith for the troubling times ahead.
Congratulations!
"Unfortunately, with a young family and a separate full-time job..." I understand why you did it, but please never again start a sentence like this.
But thank you all the same!

Congrats! I’ve learned a lot from your articles and I’m happy to be part of the Aquinas study!
Thanks Andrew! Really happy to have you along!

Thanks Peter! Really glad you're here :)
